This place looks small from the outside but is very spacious. We had a party of 9 and were able to be seated right away. The food was delicious and served quickly. Several people took food home due to the serving size. This is not a quiet romantic place but it is fun and serves delicious food.
If you like Mexican food you can't go wrong here. Truly a GEM of the food industry here in Mountain Grove.
We go there... A lot. The reason why we go there a lot is because the food is excellent, the service is excellent, the atmosphere is excellent. It's a small restaurant, probably ran by Hispanic family. It's an older building, and it looks like an older building inside and out. But it's quaint; it's nice. The folks running it are fantastic. They have what is called Taco Tuesday. The tacos used to be 1.50 a piece. But now they're 2 a piece. But 3 tacos is a good lunch. Or you can do 2 tacos with a plate of rice and beans. It's plenty for a good lunch. We have experienced several other of their dishes, and they have all been simply excellent! We will go there again...and again and again. Good place to go. Oh, and they do serve you chips and dip free of charge.
This place was great. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious with a good portion. And the prices are just right. I highly recommend this place if you enjoy authentic Mexican food.
Soooo cute!!! This little restaurant had the cutest atmosphere inside! The food was delicious and the wait staff was so nice! We came in right before the dinner rush where they had two big parties come in right at the same time we did. They were quick in getting us seated and getting our drinks. The chips and salsa refills happened right away. Our food was hot and looked so good when it arrived and the margaritas paired so well with the food! I ordered the fajita chicken nachos and my husband ordered the California burrito and then had it enchilada style and it was all really delicious!!! It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely return!
The food was delicious. The server always made sure our drinks were filled and that we had salsa and chips to eat. Would definitely come back if we lived nearby.
We were just passing by for Mexican foods and not disappointed. The services were great. It's the local Mexicans restaurant. We ordered the fresh made (in front of you) guacamole and other dishes, which were good and friendly prices.
Every bite was delicious! Perhaps the best Mexican restaurant I have been to. I can personally recommend the steak a la carte tacos, chili relleno and regular beef taco. All meats and beans were moist and flavorful without being over seasoned. Might make the occasional special trip from Springfield just to eat here.
